COMMUNICATION

 

To avoid confusion and costly mistakes, we require one person to be designated as the decision maker for the entire project. That person shall be designated in the beginning of the project immediately upon acceptance of the Design Contract and agreed to by all parties.

Client shall fully complete Design Questionnaire & Budget upon acceptance of the Design Contract.

​

All communication, wish lists, inspiration photos and decisions shall made through your PORTAL.

​

If you are unable to access your PORTAL, any decisions made via TEXT or email shall be notated and photo/screenshots of the text or email shall be uploaded into the PORTAL so everyone has a clear understanding of decisions that were made.
